Payments and cancellation

How do I pay?
By card, through Revolut Business: when you sign up you register your card on Revolut's secure page; the charge starts when the 14-day trial ends and renews every month or every year. You get a receipt by email at every charge.
What happens if a charge fails?
Nothing abrupt: your instance stays active and we write to you to sort out the card. We suspend only after hearing from you.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time. A plan change applies from the next cycle; cancelling stops renewals and the instance stays available until the end of the paid period. Your data can be exported at any time.
Invoices and VAT?
Fulcro is a service of Open Tag d.o.o. (Croatia, EU). For companies with an EU VAT number the invoice is reverse charge, without VAT; enter your VAT number when you sign up.
